Here is a brief introduction to the "spray dryer" used in SD science. We adopt the "rotary atomizer method" as the spraying method. Compared to other spraying methods, it is easier to control the particle size, allowing us to obtain products with uniform particle sizes. Additionally, we use a "two-point collection method" for product collection, recovering from both below the drying chamber and below the cyclone. This results in a good overall product recovery rate and eliminates the need for mixing in subsequent processes, thereby increasing production efficiency.
